The simple truth

The basis
of consciousness
is movement.
Ground
yourself
get
moving.
The dancer
does `nt see
but he keeps
his eyes
open.
I decide
myself
to
move in sightlessness
perceiving
the space
around me
over me
beneath me.
The patterns of
the seeing world
are the
obstacles
impeding
my hearing vision.
You see always
(without knowing it)
the sound of the words-
Can you really hear them ?
Hearing without seeing
is a good way
the silence now can vibrate
in my body:
Silence of movement
Silence of pure
awareness
moving
grounding
the
breathing
in its center
basis
of
consciousness.
My friend,
look at
the dance of
the blindmann
in the
endless space.
Do you hear him now ?
If you don`t do it
so please
close
your eyes
and be
aware
of his
movements
in
your hearth.
They tell you my simply truth.
